There is lots of press at the moment for a cake I made for my family this Christmas. The cake which looks like a Raw Turkey has generated global interest and even has Ace of Cakes Duff Goldman and Huffington Post covering it.
In the mean time I am designing rather more graceful cakes for romantic weddings and planning my sugarcraft classes, which I shall start teaching in the new year.
